Train the Trainer Online Program

The Train the Trainer Course -the-trainer model has a long history of success and can deliver significant benefits for both organizations and their employees. It reduces dependence on outside consultants, frees up valuable time for the organization’s subject matter experts and allows it to develop a sustainable internal training capability.

This course teaches participants the skills to design and deliver high-quality training programs. It also provides practical experience and demonstrates how to conduct effective learning evaluations. It combines delivery and design skills, providing learners with the foundation to develop their own unique teaching styles.

Trainers will learn to adapt pre-developed content to fit the learning styles and needs of their trainees, as well as their own training environments and circumstances. They will practice these techniques in a series of mock training sessions that build each day of the program.

Train the Trainer Course: Become a Certified Forklift Instructor

This course is designed for training managers, HR professionals, trainers or anyone who has responsibility to develop and/or deliver training in a business context. It is not intended for technical subject matter experts. Ideally, it is taken after completing the Train the Trainer: Delivery Skills course. However, it is equally valid for trainers who already have a good understanding of the content they will be delivering and just want to develop their presentation skills. The course is offered in two formats: a 2-day and 4-day experience. The 2-day experience focuses on the learning style theory, while the 4-day experience builds on that foundation and explores training design.
